User Data Deletion
You can disconnect a social account from Gonozw Social at any time and may request deletion of data held by Gonozw that is associated with the integration.
1. Revoke platform access
Use the connected social platform’s account or business-integration settings to revoke Gonozw Social’s access. Revocation prevents future API access once the provider processes the change.
2. Request deletion from Gonozw
Use our support page to request deletion of data associated with Gonozw Social. Include enough information to identify the integration you want removed, such as the provider name and connected account, Page or profile. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other secrets.
3. What happens next
We will verify the request where necessary, disconnect or delete applicable stored integration data, and confirm completion. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or audit integrity. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
