Gonozw

Privacy Policy

Effective: 22 September 2026

Gonozw Limited operates Gonozw Social and related automation services. This policy explains how personal data is handled when an authorised user connects a social-network account to our services.

Data we process

Depending on the provider, permissions granted and feature used, we may process account and profile information; posts and content metadata; comments, replies and mentions; media and associated metadata; and conversations or messages where the provider API permits access. We also process authentication tokens and security, operational and audit metadata needed to provide and protect the service.

Why we process it

We process data to connect authorised accounts, retrieve information requested by the user, perform authorised actions, maintain security and auditability, troubleshoot the service and meet legal obligations. We limit collection and use to data reasonably required for these purposes.

Lawful basis

Where UK data-protection law applies, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests in providing and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, or rely on consent where required. The applicable basis depends on the processing activity.

Storage and retention

We retain data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was processed, subject to security, audit and legal-retention requirements. Authentication credentials and tokens are protected and access is restricted.

Platforms and service providers

Gonozw Social interacts with third-party social platforms through their authorised APIs. Those platforms process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also use service providers to host, secure and operate our systems. Data may be processed outside the United Kingdom where appropriate safeguards apply.

Security

We use technical and organisational controls designed to protect data, including access controls, least-privilege permissions, audit records and governed mutation controls.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data and to data portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Disconnecting and deletion

You can revoke a social platform’s access through that platform’s account settings. To request deletion of data held by Gonozw, follow our data deletion instructions.
