Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Gonozw Social and related Gonozw services operated by Gonozw Limited.
Authorised use
You may connect and operate only accounts and resources that you are authorised to access. You are responsible for ensuring that permissions, instructions and content you provide are lawful and accurate.
Platform rules
Use of third-party social networks remains subject to each provider’s terms, policies, permissions and API restrictions. Provider availability and capabilities can change and are not guaranteed by Gonozw.
AI and automated actions
AI-generated analysis, drafts and recommendations should be reviewed before reliance or publication. Where the service supports mutations, Gonozw may apply authority, policy, audit and idempotency controls before an action is executed.
Prohibited use
You must not use the service to gain unauthorised access, evade provider restrictions, distribute unlawful or abusive material, interfere with systems, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly where functionality depends on third-party platforms and APIs.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated where necessary to protect users or systems, comply with law or provider requirements, or address material breach of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Gonozw Limited is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform outages, unauthorised use, or reliance on unreviewed automated or AI-generated output to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
